Our topic this week is a continuation of the discussion we had two weeks ago about volunteer management, specifically about your preferred features of a potential community wide platform for recruiting and tracking volunteers. Some local organizations have begun to share ideas about potential resources to help shape what an online database would need to look like. Some of those components include access for community organizations as well universities/colleges too; the functionality of pooling resources now and into the future; creating a sustainable tool. This Engaged Learning Forum works to identify the database features of greatest/broadest interest and use with a special focus on collecting and sharing information about volunteer activities.
