Weekly Topic: Tracking Impact in an Online World

Building off of previous conversations centered on cultivating resources for pairing organizations with interns and volunteers, this week we addressed volunteer management, specifically exploring the tools that can aid community partners in tracking volunteer work and progress. We were able to explore how organizations are currently using technology to track and share information about volunteers, as well as discuss what information about volunteers would be most useful for organizations to have to make placements a smoother and more sustainable process.
