Saint Joseph Health System-Community Health and Well-Being – CELC SITE

FOCUS: To provide health care for the underserved in our community.

ACTIVITIES: Room patients, provide clerical assistance, stock exam rooms, and in some cases, shadow physicians. May assist with health fairs, screenings etc. at CHWB location.

HOURS: MON–THU 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; FRI 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Some sites do have extended hours; some weekend and evenings for health fairs and educational sessions.

REQUIREMENTS: 18 + ; Background Check; TB Test; Commit to One Academic Year; 2 hours/ week minimum time requirement
