Memorial Hospital Ambassador and Customer Services

FOCUS: To provide an exceptional experience for every patient, visitor, and guest.

ACTIVITIES: Serve in many different service areas within the hospital and health system, caring for all those who enter our doors. Activities range from escorting patients to updating families in our surgery waiting room and more.

HOURS: MON–SUN 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.; 3–4 hour shifts

REQUIREMENTS: 18 +; background check; volunteer applicants are expected to provide documentation of their immunization history, have a current TB test and flu shot. In addition, student applicants are required to cover the cost of their background check and uniform
